REFORMAT
Mr. Eugene Toh first founded and created the Economics @ TuitionGenius Programme as he strongly felt that there was a lack of proficient JC tutors to guide and nurture students in the subject. Galvanised by the eventual success of the programme, Mr. Toh was determined to take one step further for students by reformatting education in other subjects. Thus in 2009, the first REAL Education Centre was established at Clementi Ave 2.
REAL was envisioned to be the tuition centre that matched students to the tutors they wanted and more importantly, needed. Such a vision is being gradually realised, as evident by our success rates and the heartwarming feedback from our students that really keeps us going. This is also why Mr Toh insists that our course fees must be kept affordable for all students so that anyone and everyone would be able to benefit from this venture.
REASON
The choice of group tuition @ REAL Education Centre is aimed to provide students with a platform to share and collate diversified ideas, perspectives and examples. We hope that such an experience offered here would help students better relate to not only each other, but to their subjects as well.
RETHINK & RELATE
At REAL, we recognise that students can be worn out as they juggle between their studies and co-curricular activities. Hence, we go the extra mile to incorporate a student pantry in each branch, where refreshments are always available for students to recharge, relax and refuel. The pantry is open to all students during our operating hours and students can also feel free to make use of our pantry space to study with their friends.
RECHARGE, RELAX & REFUEL
With a hectic schedule on hand, we can empathise with students should they miss out important deadlines or details set for tests, payments and other miscellaneous issues at the centre. Thus, we make it a point to personally remind students on a routinary basis as well as keep students updated on the go via Facebook and Twitter.
