How many students are there in a class?

​Our class size ranges from 2 – 14 Students.

I’m interested in signing up for tuition, but I am unable to make it for the centre’s scheduled lessons. What can I do?

Look for 2 friends to sign up with you, and we’ll be glad to open a new class just for you and your friends!

What should I do if I missed a lesson? What can I do if I can’t attend a particular lesson next month?​
If you have some CCA performance/competition coming up during a specific date, do let us know in advance and we’ll try to arrange for you to attend our makeup lesson! (Subject to availability)

For unfortunate incidents, such as hospitalization or tragic incidents, provide us with the legitimate documents and the fees for that lesson will be waived.

Is the centre closed on Public Holidays?​
The centre will be closed on the following occasions only:

New Year’s Eve
New Years Day
Chinese New Year Eve, 1st, 2nd and 3rd
National Day
Christmas Eve
Christmas Day

Lessons will go on as usual on other Public Holidays, and affected students will be refunded accordingly.

What can I do, if I still have some doubts after my tuition class has ended?​
Don’t worry, our tutors are obliged and willing to answer your doubts after class, at our classrooms or customized student’s pantry! (Subject to tutor’s schedule and availability)​

How do I register?​
Simply come down to our centre located at Clementi or Bedok to make payment as well as fill up a simple one page registration form!

Alternatively, you can call us to check if the class has started and if there are still vacancies, so that you can come down on the same day for registration.
